  • Innovative abrasion resistance compounds
  • Color coded for easy recognition
  • Increased pressure ratings on average of 24% over competitors
  • Compounds with higher working temperatures up to 300°F

Spartan Industrial & Marine is proud to be one of a handful of companies in the country that is Danfoss authorized as a fabricator. Our stores are verified as EXPRESS stores, meaning we make your custom hydraulic hose while you wait in the shop. Leveraging every resource to keep you competitive, with Danfoss behind us, we’re moving you forward.

Low Pressure & Return

Low pressure hydraulic hoses are used for petroleum-based hydraulic oils, glycol antifreeze, air or water in low pressure fluid transfer or hydraulic system return lines. Low pressures hoses don’t require vigorous attachment methods and can be coupled with beaded nipples, standard barbs, and even tube type ports with worm gear clamps. Contact us for questions for use in application.

Flexible 1/2 SAE Bend

Wire Inserted Suction

Application:

Suction and transfer applications for petroleum hydraulic fluids, fuel, lubricating oils, gasoline, water, and many other industrial fluids.

Construction:

Synthetic rubber tube, reinforcement consists of a helical wire between two textile reinforcement layers and a synthetic cover.

Operating Temperature Range:

-40°C to + 135°C [ -40°F to +275°F]

Medium Pressure

Medium pressure hydraulic hoses for use with petroleum-based hydraulic oils, glycol antifreeze, air, or water in medium pressure fluid transfer applications. These hoses are generally constructed with two plies of braided textile or one ply of braided steel reinforcement. Medium pressure hydraulic hose is ideal for hydraulic systems with lower working and impulse pressures and provides a flexible and cost saving alternative to high pressure hoses.

High Pressure

High pressure hydraulic hose is recommended for use high-pressure hydraulic oil line applications. These hoses are generally constructed with two plies braided steel reinforcement. Historical two wire construction have been updated with easy to route and to install construction styles ISO 11237 2SC R16 and ISO 1436 2SN. Tested to exceed industry standards and keep your hydraulic systems up and running, high pressure hoses are the backbone of hydraulics across the globe.

MATCHMATE Global™

Double Wire Braid

Application:

Hydraulic system service with petroleum and water-base fluids.

Construction:

Synthetic rubber tube, double wire braid reinforcement and DURA-TUFF™ synthetic rubber cover. Meets or exceeds EN requirements at 1/2 SAE Bend Radius.

Operating Temperature Range:

-46°C to + 127°C [ -50°F to +260°F]

Very High Pressure

Extremely high-pressure hose is recommended for use in high-impulse high pressure applications: hydrostatic drives, mobile construction equipment, boom arms, mining trucks, excavators, forestry and agricultural machinery. Standards for impulse testing are more than double for very high pressure spiral construction hose versus lower pressure braided hoses. These hoses are generally constructed with four to six plies of spiral steel reinforcement. Historical 100R12, 100R13, and 100R15 construction have been updated with easy to route and to install construction styles ISO 18752.
